Bodegas Enrique Mendoza Wines in Ireland

Enrique Mendoza Winery is located in Alicante, Spain and it really celebrates the Mediterranean character of the region.

Vineyards are farmed organically but are not certified, and sustainable practices are adopted throughout their processes in the winery as well.

Wines are fermented in stainless steel and then aged in French and American oak. Monastrell is the traditional variety but some Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot are grown as well, for the production of red wines.
