Jean-Claude’s first vintage was 1992, after he took over the vineyards of his father-in-law who used to be part of the co-operative.

The 12 hectare estate produces some of the finest Chablis, the premier cru and grand cru wines are partially barrel fermented and matured.

Organic winemaking practices have been adopted with natural yeasts and longer ageing on lees.
